During World War 2, twenty-eight submarines were built in Wisconsin. Twenty-Five went to war. Four, and their crews, never returned home.

Join Joe Tokarz, Submarine Veteran and Vice-President of The American Legion Post 33 ARC W9TAL, as he tells the story of the submarines that traveled along the Illinois River, and the crews that expertly navigated them.
