Our wonderful staff enjoys assembling book displays to spotlight hidden gems and offer recommendations. Patrons are able and encouraged to check out books from the displays.

Current Book Displays include:

• "Popular Summer Reads" display in the glass case in the foyer
• "Pictures of Spider-Man" display (with Scavenger Hunt) in the New Book Section
• "Back to School (Nightmare Schools)" display located near the Community Puzzle Table
•  "Science Sample Platter" display located near the nonfiction section
• "Comedic Relief" display in the Young Adult Section
• "Twilight" display by the entrance downstairs
• "Back to School Reads" throughout the Children's Library

Our displays are changed monthly, so be sure to check in regularly.

Located on the wall in the New Books Section, we've been posting photographs from our Geneaology room, encouraging both the gathering of information and also some sillier captions. Take a look next time you stop in, or check them out on our Facebook page as we post them.

Take a seat for a minute or two...or sixty, and enjoy a community puzzle! All are welcome to participate.

Rules:

• Keep all pieces on the table.
• Try not to damage the puzzle.
• Do not disassemble completed sections.
• Let others help with the puzzle. Don’t hog it.
• Check the ground for fallen pieces before leaving.

Located in the corner near the copy machine, this space allows patrons to take and leave puzzles as they please!

Looking for something to do on a rainy day? Grab a puzzle and keep it for as long as you'd like! There is no check-out necessary. No due date. No late fees.

Have too many puzzles that you've already completed? Add it to the shelf for another patron to enjoy! (Puzzles with no missing pieces preferred)

You do not need to bring a puzzle to take a puzzle. All you need to do is fill out the quick form, take/give the puzzle, and ta-da! All done.
